Jimmy shoeshines... the one crackhead that 'made' it on LaGrange St.The self proclaimed Mayor of LaGrange, he does it all. Shines your shoes, eats your food, asks for a dollar from you every time and generally annoys you.
All in all, LaGrange St. is nothing with out Jimmy and his fancy hand-me-downs.
All in all, I really gotta stop taking pictures of these guys cuz they won't leave me alone anymore!!
